XY-3 Core Drill Rig
XY-3 Surface coring equipment is a new type of coring rig developed to meet multiple drilling requirements, especially diamond drilling. It is designed for engineering geological exploration, small-scale water well drilling and engineering construction for highway, railroad, hydropowder, harbor, etc. Electromotor or diesel engine is available to facilitate operation
Features:
1: this coring drill rig can meet demands of multiple drilling applications, including diamond rope sampling, directional drilling, impact gyration, reverse circulation continuous sampling and so forth.
a): a wide rotational speed range is available for this coring rig to satisfy demands of drilling applications
b): anti-torque device has been equipped to deter rotation of the drill’s spindle, suitable for directional drilling
c): diesel engine or electromotor is available to satisfy various engine demands. Mud pumps, drill stems and faucets are easy to assembly

a): equipped with automatic transmission, clutch, universal drive shaft and other high quality general parts, this surface coring equipment enjoys long service life, easy movement and replacement
b): connecting rod reinforcement spring clamp and hydraulic chuck enjoy novel structure, large clamping force, long service life and reliable performance
c): excellent monitoring and alarming capacity of parameter, including torque, drilling pressure, speed, etc. helps to prevent and reduce drilling accidents of coring rigs
3: the pressure indicator installed at the bottom of hole helps users to observe the pressure variation during drilling work
